Saumya Srivastava is an Indian director, writer, and creative producer based out of Mumbai and Delhi.
She has worked in the film and media industry since 2012.
After her exposure to the main line film industry with Bhansali Productions for the film Raam Leela, she set her way to work with NDTV goodtimes and other freelance directional work before she co-founded Blue Drop Pictures in 2015 with V Seshadri.
Since 2013 she has constantly worked on independent, commercial, digital and corporate films with known companies like JSW, PwC, Reckitt Benckiser, Swachh Bharat, Garnier, Godrej, UN-Habitat, Government of India and much more.
Her films are characterized by poetic storylines, in debt study of the art design and steady grand cinematics.
Her indie feature films include Faking Normality (Script approved), Auroma (In post-production) and Madak (In post-production).
Apart from the films, she is a travel enthusiast and nature lover.
